Assetly Terms of Use & Privacy Agreement
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Assetly’s services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy herein. If you do not agree, do not access or use the platform.
2. Scope of Service
Assetly provides encrypted digital vault and legacy management tools for storing and managing financial, insurance, and estate-related information. Assetly does not provide legal, financial, or tax advisory services.
3. User Obligations
Users are responsible for maintaining accurate data and securing their account credentials. Misuse, sharing, or unauthorized access to another account is prohibited.
4. Data Protection & Liability
Assetly uses Supabase’s U.S.-based encrypted infrastructure for data hosting. While Assetly ensures best-practice encryption and security, it cannot guarantee absolute immunity from cyber threats. Supabase is the Data Processor responsible for hosting and database-layer encryption. Assetly, as the Data Controller, governs access control and user permissions.
5. Privacy Commitment
Assetly does not sell or share user data for marketing purposes. User data remains encrypted and is accessible only to the user and designated beneficiaries under defined triggers. Users may request deletion, correction, or export of their data by contacting privacy@assetly.app.
6. Limitation of Liability
Assetly and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the user during the preceding 12 months.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by U.S. federal law. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Venue will be determined based on Assetly’s registered office within the United States.
8. Updates to Terms
Assetly may amend these Terms at any time with reasonable notice. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
